Iron is essential for the enzymatic system in plant metabolism (photosynthesis, respiration and protein development). It is necessary for the reduction of nitrate and sulfate, and important for photosynthesis and the maintenance of chlorophyll in plants.
Our irons are all chelated by chelating agents (EDTA, DTPA, EDDHA, EDDHSA), to make the iron available to the plant in a sequestered form highly assimilable by the plant, as a preventive or curative, from the first symptoms of chlorosis. They are available as soluble powder or liquid.
They can be used in organic farming in accordance with current European regulations.
