PLANTALG CALCIUM is a calcium chloride solution for leaf application that can be used in organic farming^{1 2}.

PLANTALG CALCIUM is a concentrate of natural marine extracts associated with calcium in order to bring directly to plants growing on soils. Calcium deficiency is rare but can occur on soils that are light, highly acidic and low in calcium, and exposed to intense leaching.

Calcium has an extremely important role in the formation of cell walls and the resistance of plant tissues, and in the neutralization of organic acids. It allows a normal development of the root system and better resistance to external aggressions such as botrytis. Many physiological imbalances of the fruit are associated with a low calcium content (Bitter-Pit, browning, bounding tasks, crevices).

The calcium-Marine Natural Extracts synergy directly affects the firmness and holding of the fruit in the process of preservation, prevents marginal necrosis and thickens the skin of the fruit.
